Description: Wonderful Continental 36.5" cane from the late 1800's. Its imposing handle (3"X4.5") is stunning. The hand carved bone has a heavy overlay of sterling silver lattice-work. Its shaft is a sturdy hard wood that tapers toward the bottom. Its brass ferrule over wood bottom shows it probably never touched the ground. A true collector quality cane.
