This is due to the special care we exercise and the use of expensive packaging material; each damage is an inconvenience to you and a direct loss to us, so we do our absolute best to avoid them. However, if your package turns out to be the unlucky one, just let us know. We have special arrangements with UPS, handling damages fast and easy. All you need to do is let us know of the problem and leave the package outside. You'll receive a new frame in a few days and won't have to worry about anything else. PROCESSING SPEED: We believe that speed is an important component of performance and see no reason to delay your order, once payment received. We guarantee it will be shipped out the next business day (if you place your order overnight, it would be the next morning, in just a few hours).
