Please place your Aperture ring in Red dot (Auto) on the lens.2. If you observe from the back, pressing one pin lowers aperture and also pushes other pin out.3. The same mechanism is used in the adapter. Turning the wheel pushes the aperture and second hole is to clear the way for other pin.4. If you observe carefully, pressing the pin is required only to the point the aperture is set. It will not go any further then that.5. Hence when you turn aperture wheel, if you encounter slight stiffness, stop there as you pressed it sufficiently.6. Before changing aperture on the lens, turn the aperture ring back on your adapter. For best usage, keep the aperture in red dot only and use the ring for the desired aperture. Due to small quantity custom makes, there could be some cosmetic issues but that will not affect functionality.
