Originally a 38S, we acquired the preamp from the original owner who had the factory upgrade to the 380S. The unit is in perfect working condition, and in very good physical condition. The only blemishes of note is a small nick on the bottom edge of the faceplate, under the Mute button, and a few light marks on the Volume knob. A look under the cover shows the high build quality of this extremely clean preamplifier with Military spec components through out. The remote has some blemishes but it is in perfect working order and good physical condition. Included with the unit are the factory remote, original owner's manual, and original power cable. See the attached images for more details on the physical condition of the preamp. We don't have the original box for this unit, but we take packaging and shipping seriously. We spare no expense and use heavy duty boxes, several inches of polyethylene foam on all sides of the unit, and use water activated, fiber reinforced tape on all seams.
