Grading is subjective to the individual doing the grading, even in professional grading companies, grading can vary with each individual. I have been quite accurate on my estimated grades with years of submitting comics to CGC and CBCS, mostly on point and some might be over or under. Even if pictures are taken of front and back, the pictures can be deceiving. Please do not ask for a bunch of pictures, i will not respond. I have wasted many hours taking pictures for people who don't buy even with items in excellent condition. If having the exact condition of expected grade of a comic is most important to you, buying them graded or in person to grade yourself might be the best option.
