Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 40 minutes Place 1/2 cup chopped green onion, 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 4 tablespoons McCormick® Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, and 2 large fresh garlic cloves in blender container or food processor. Cover. Pulse just until blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade; set aside. Place 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks (skin removed) and remaining marinade in large bowl, turning chicken to coat well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill chicken over medium heat with grill closed 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F), turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade.
