A bit of sky brought down to earth, perhaps ;)) Mid-Century Modern Madeline Originals California 7" Ceramic Vase Circa 1960's ~ MADE IN U.S.A., Madeline Originals began production in 1948 Blue w/various shades of blue & brown around the bowl of the vase Photos #1-4 circle the vase, the brown being an underglaze, not dust or dirt ;) Photo #7 (using camera flash) shows a fully-glazed inside, in a mottled beige-blue Actually measures ~6-3/4" tall x ~5-1/4" at the widest Weighs just over 1 lb. Glaze crazing all over the outside (see photo #5 for example), otherwise in excellent vintage condition, NO chips or cracks :) The color is a beautiful blue/blue-hint of gray-ish, best represented by the indoor photos . . .
