Vacuum has been functioning amazing and only reason for sale is that we switched over to a Robot vacuum. This unit handled two adult golden retrievers (and their hair) without any issue. Scuffs are only cosmetic from furniture and no mechanical damage has been noted. Unit was serviced a few years ago and only mentionable knock is that the head lock sometimes fails to catch when placed upright (likely wear and tear over time, but could be fixed by a pro).
