Online purchases were always in new or excellent condition. We also purchased a few orders of bulk LEGO on eBay, and these lots had various conditions. We are a non-smoking household, and the kits were never used by young children with sticky fingers! We have sorted out any badly scratched, faded or otherwise damaged items. Our goal is only to sell LEGO in very good or excellent condition. Every piece we sell should be of a quality suitable for your MOCs. If you should ever find a damaged piece, please contact us and we will make it right. Even new pieces have minor scratches from the original bag or bin, this is normal.
