Description: Mixture 5 Children Easter Antique Postcards. EMB. 2 Photos. Sheep, Eggs This is a nice selection of 5 EASTER Postcards showing CHILDREN in various scenes and with motifs of Easter. These postcards are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s. Three of them are nicely EMBOSSED, and two of them are PHOTOGRAPHS of the children. The postcards are colorful and attractive. They were most likely "Printed In Germany" during the "Golden Age of Postcards" (1908-1915). There are two that are written in foreign languages. Two of the postcards are PHOTO STYLE and show children nicely dressed. One shows three children with the boy holding a whicker basket with a rabbit inside. The other shows a pretty young girl holding a basket full of colored Easter eggs, and a bunch of pussy willows. Another postcard shows a smiling young girl with a wreath of red and pink roses around her face. There is a postcard with a young girl in a farm type scene giving a young lamb milk. The last postcard shows a large Easter egg with 5 children inside, and 3 outside. These antique postcards have the "classic" look of the children during that era; they are nicely dressed and in happy moods. The postcards have good detail that would appeal to collectors. Overall, this is a nice selection of classic CHILDREN antique embossed Easter Postcards. These are collector items because of their age, their beauty, and appeal to Easter and Children collectors. The postcards are both UNPOSTED (1) and POSTED (4) with cancel dates of 1908-1911. The postcards have DIVIDED backs. These are BETTER POSTCARDS and are good for a collector or dealer. They will keep their value. Often these postcards are sold as individual items for many dollars each. They are sleeved and in good condition.
