Description: For sale is an Original Soviet PU Scope mount made by IZHEVSK plant during WW2. Not a reproduction or post war made. Mount is in good functional condition and with deep wartime bluing. However there is deep rust pitting along the top and under the rings. No functional damage, and screws tighten and loosen fine. Small triangle and arrow on the front side, and wide circular machining marks on the inside are typical of izhevsk made PU mounts. No electro-pencil markings appear to be present.
