Our unique maple candy process is a bit of a trade secret, but we can say that we produce it the old-fashioned way, just like our grandparents did, without the use of candy machines. We crystal coat our candy in pure maple syrup to lock in the freshness. It's no small coincidence that it turns out softer than others and melts in your mouth. Why is our candy the best? We've made over 200,000 pounds of pure maple sugar candy and every batch was only 10 pounds and hand stirred. These extremely small batches give us more control over process and quality.
