Really nice flat black finish and it came with a new valve cover grommet. Mine seemed to have moisture in it (probably from poor Mr. Gasket packaging) and had what looked like surface rust on the outside when I initially pulled it out of the packaged. It wiped right off with a rag though so no harm done. Cons: None Pros: Exactly as described Yes, I recommend this product. Awesome, works great.
