The medal has a top name bar engraved Zakladatel (a word of Czech origin meaning founder). A shield medallion hangs from the pin backed bar. The shield has the letters MSJ engraved around crossing rifles. There is some wear to the tone of the metal. There is wear to the tone of the metal.
