It has 1979 NATIONAL CAMBRIDGE COLLECTORS INC. CONVENTION on the front. It has a starburst cutout base. It is about 3 3/4 inches long by 3 inches wide by 1 inch high. It weighs about 10 ounces. There are no chips or cracks. There may be scratches in the glass. I was told by the Cambridge Glass Museum that Mosser Glass made this.
