It's in good shape for its age and fully functional. This one has a very rare original M7 capsule which is coveted for its sound, but also at this age it does exhibit some of the expected standard PVC cracks that are common to M7 capsules. Incredibly rare to find one of these still left with an original unskinned M7 capsule. While is miraculously is still working and sounds very nice, some techs would recommend to reskin the capsule at this point, which can be performed for additional $750 cost if desired. The rest of the components are original and unchanged, and includes original VF14 tube and originla BV8 transformer. The power supply has some light servicing performed by our techs (new capacitors, resistor and rectifier). Sounds fantastic as an original U47 mic should.
