Our 8-foot leash features an extra brass ring on the handle end, for shortening the hold, attaching keys or a pick-up-bag dispenser, etc.The leash has a swiveling solid brass snap Both ends of the leash are carefully doubled back and securely sewn over for extra strength. There are NO rivets - because a punched rivet hole would reduce overall strength.
