The chain is new, but the package was opened, and the master link is missing. Note: Effective July 1, 2019, Ebay now automatically collects sales tax for just about every state, if you buy something from any seller. This is a result of a court case, and impacts the small seller, and the buyer. The sales tax is on the selling price of the product, and not the shipping. I used to work the shipping into the price. I am going to stop that practice to help the buyer out a little. This is too bad, considering most of the items that I sell have had sales tax collected on them, at least once or twice in their lifetime.
