All units returned to Levego for warranty consideration must be shipped freight prepaid. Payment upon arrival shipment will not be accepted. If your warranty claim is approved, we will refund the cost of return shipping. Levego will replace or refund any Levego brand product that proves defective in materials or workmanship under normal installation, use or service at its own discretion. New turbocharger parts sent in for warranty consideration may require up to 14 days. We cannot be held responsible for turnaround times in these instances.
