These were part of the Fate/Grand Order Babylonia Campaign held in Japan in 2019, I believe for every 500 yen you spent at participating arcade machines one of these would be given at random as a bonus item. These were completely Japan exclusive and were only available as prize items, I've received a large lot of them imported to me directly from Japan. You're unlikely to find another US seller for these straps! Each strap is brand new, some were very briefly taken out for the purpose of taking pictures for this listing. Each strap comes with the original foil bag they originally came with!
