It does however still have the band around it's neck which tells you it's never been out of the packaging.. Note: I don't accept returns but that's for a reason as if I did people want to return everything like Amazon lets them do. No, however if you have an issue with a defective item when it arrives or it got damaged in shipping, we will of course work it out and come to an acceptable agreement between us that works out for both parties.
