Description: Dated 1922, this Henrietta Bailey (1874-1950) vase for Newcomb College Pottery, stands 4.75 inches tall with a maximum diameter of 3 inches. Finished in the Newcomb College blue, it is decorated with a hand carved and painted band of pink fuchsia open and closed flowers with leaves and branches. Marks include an impressed “CN” for Newcomb College, “MT 57" which determines the date, and the incised initials “HB” for the artist. CONDITION: In original factory condition, it has no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs.
