Plate shows the CAPE FOULWEATHER LIGHT HOUSE and is a Souvenir of Newport, Or. This light house was first lit in 1873 ..... it is now known as the Yaquina Head Light House ....... note states that the Cape Foulweather name was early use. Plate is 8-1/4" in outside diameter. It is not maker or country of origin marked. I suspect it was German or Austrian. Plate is in very good used condition. Please refer to "Condition" above and photographs for more information.
