Description: Sadly, the time has come to downsize so I will be selling some of my favorite collections. Since Christmas is coming, I am starting with the Department 56 Alpine Village series. I have collected these over many years, but only displayed this one behind glass on a few occasions. Today's piece is called "Stoder Grist Mill." It features the mill that grinds grain into flour. Note the power of the old water wheel. I am very careful with my collection, so although one of the older pieces, this set is still in like new condition. Released in 1988 and retired in 1997, it comes in its original box and styrofoam packaging. The light, which is included, has never been used. I used a spare light for the photo. The box sleeve corners are showing a little wear from age and storage. Please see the photos. The trees in the background are not included in the sale.
