This Switch console powers on, works, and plays games properly, BUT it has some defects that warrant this being a "parts or not working" listing, despite this system turning on and playing games properly. ***With this in mind, please do NOT send me lowball offers. I am pretty firm on my price, and I don't typically take offers so please don't ask. This is not Mercari. I already factored in the defects and its general condition to my price. You don't normally see a Switch console that can turn on, go online, and play games at this price point. The only major thing is the right speaker doesn't work and it has no microSD card capability. It can play cartridge games and run from system memory fine.*** The known defects on this Switch: 1. The serial number sticker on the bottom is missing. Seems to be an uncommon thing for various Nintendo consoles, as this isn't the first time I've seen it happen. It's not totally lost; the serial information is provided and noted. (XKW70012353500) 2. The right side speaker of the console is either blown or disconnected, as that side does not play sound. At all. Expect audio balancing issues AND a quieter-than-normal experience when playing in handheld mode. This does not affect the experience playing in docked mode. 3. The Switch is in poor/fair condition with a somewhat dirty vent, somewhat dirty speaker holes, and a bright spot on the display. Not noticeable during normal gameplay unless the screen you're on is grey/dark (not referring to your brightness). The only reasonable thing about its condition is that the screen isn't cracked and mostly has light/moderate scratches typical with normal use. 4. The back of the console looks like it wants to pop out from the top. Pictured as best as possible but it doesn't really provide accuracy. No, the console is not bent, it is the backplate that looks slightly bent because it wants to pop out. Unclear why that is. It doesn't affect normal operation at this time, but be aware it could get worse and may cause issues later. 5. The rails on this console for the Joy-Cons have signs of use/wear. It plays fine with controllers attached to it, but there's a chance that your Joy-Cons may be wonky with this Switch, and it may disconnect unexpectedly. Your mileage will vary - I have tried a few sets with this console and it seems to work fine, so it MAY be isolated to the Joy-Cons I got it with. But be aware of the issue, it could pop up anytime. 6. THIS CONSOLE CANNOT READ MICROSD CARDS. Period. It WILL throw an error even if your microSD card is perfectly fine. This is not the console to buy if you need more than 32GB of storage at a time, nor if you want to move your Switch captures to a microSD card AND have the new Switch recognize the files. -- If you can live with the listed defects and understand the risk of doing so, OR if you are buying this for parts, look no further because this is the Switch to buy. The defects listed are accurate, and are consistent with everything I know about it as of the time of listing. With that said, unless I do a major screw-up somewhere and I miss something, I don't normally accept returns. You can contact me if there's an issue and we'll work things out. Please buy this at your own risk, only after reading the description, understanding that because its condition is the sole definition of 'falling apart' and can absolutely get worse, this is a "PARTS/NOT WORKING" Switch even though it powers on and plays games fine.
