The part number is 1116608 (D1455) , it is in group # 2.188 of the GM parts catalogs . It is unused and has been on my warehouse shelf since it was purchased from GM. The part is stamped 608 on the switch & Delco Remy on the bakelite. This number supersedes 1116609 GM. According to GM It fits: 1962 PONTIAC full size. The part number may have been later superseded to fit other models, but this is the only correct application in the original listings.
