This is nice because the Gold leaf is done and you could have the balance done in any color to match your clock. We are selling for restoration. This is a reproduction.Probably made somewhere from the 1960's through the 80's sometime.We do not know who did the work. But it is similar to what is found in clocks of that era, which were being made by Stennes, Burleigh Campos and others It is in very nice unfinished condition.It was never in a clock.
