It is in very good condition with quite a bit of tearing at the staples, resulting in the front and back covers loose from the bottom staple and mostly from the middle staple as well. The spine has some separations consisting of a 1/4 inch separation at the bottom edge and one from the top edge down to the top staple. The front cover has some discoloration, as well as the back cover.All pages (including the centerfold) are present. There are no loose pages.Full refund if not satisfied.
