It is a size medium with a bust of a little over 36 inches. Actually, there is a lot of give and take on the measurements because this is so open and flowy. My bust is larger and this fit me fine. It is long. It is 49 inches long from the back. I am 5'7" and it "puddled" on the floor when I tried it on. I think you might be able to take the straps in to shorten this or just have a hem put in or wear high heels. I was barefoot when I tried it on. Originally purchased from Kohl's.
