I have owned this for about a decade. It is just one of those cute little things that I do not have courage (or the occasion) to wear! It has just been hanging out in my closet. Way too cute for that!! Ladies size medium. It has an empire / princess waist, so it is very forgiving. Dress is 35" long overall. Princess "Waist" (just below bust) is elastic (yay!) 12" across unstretched. Skirt portion of dress is 21" long. Dress is new with tags from where I bought it.
