All warranty claims must be accompanied by said receipts, along with technician’s identification and valid copy of ASE certificates.RETURNSAll warranty claims are required to return defective turbochargers for comprehensive failure analysis. After failure analysis has been performed and manufacturing flaw detected. JC Turbo will issue a exchange at our own discretion.
