Description: This offering is for a large early 20th century crochet work featuring a large figure of Lady Liberty flanked by American Flags. Above the figure of Liberty reads "WELCOME HOME". The artwork is not signed or dated but my guess is that it was made for soldiers returning from their service in WWI, around 1918. The work is framed and it has a sight size of app. 20" by 23.5" and a frame size of app. 22" by 25.5" The condition is excellent with minor overall age toning but no rips, tears or stains.
