Description: Old Paris Hand Painted Pink Rose Floral Cobalt & Gold Oversized Breakfast Cup C.1830s Antique Old Paris / Vieux Paris French porcelain oversized breakfast cup. Decorated with a band of gold flowers along the outside. Decorated on the inside of the cup with gold flowers and floral scrollwork over a cobalt blue border with gold scallops, floral swags, and hand painted pink roses and other flowers in white, purple, yellow, and blue. Unmarked. Probably circa 1830s. Has some wear to the gilding and a very small in manufacture firing separation along the lip, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 5 7/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 3/4 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
