Description: ONE LIGHT PER PURCHASE, SOLD INDIVIDUALLYONE 1933 Silv-a-King 14 Porcelain Green Barn Industrial Warehouse Light Vintage Rescued from a steel mill in Pennsylvania during lighting renovation, these lights are perfect for use in or around the home, garage, restaurant or tavern. The condition is beyond belief, almost like they served in a library or hospital instead of a steel mill. Perhaps they were in the cafeteria or laboratory. The porcelain is in incredible condition with only an occasional edge-chip or crazing along the inside edge as shown in the pictures. Silv-A-King has been manufacturing high quality industrial lighting since 1921. They are among the highest quality lights available from days gone by. These guys are what is known as "shallow". I've not seen this particular shallow funnel-like design from any other manufacturer. They allow a wider dispersion of light than a standard shade. This will allow you to show off your Edison style bulb. ONE LIGHT PER PURCHASE, SOLD INDIVIDUALLY The newer 6" down-rod is galvanized steel. I will swap it for one of 3 or 12 inches free of charge. If the buyer doesn't request a different size, they will ship with the 6 inch down-rod as pictured. From the bottom edge to the top of the shade, measures almost 9 inches. The total fixture including down-rod is about 16 inches tall. The diameter is 16 inches.The lights will be shipped partially disassembled to be easily re-assembled by the buyer.
