Glass is thick and heavy. Both parts of the box are decorated with bronze ormolu finishing. Front center of the cover lid is featuring a beautiful bronze wreath with a bow which was a popular decorative element in 19th century. Dimensions: The box is 11.3 cm (4.45") high and measures 7 cm (2.75") in diameter.The weight is 693 gr (24.44 oz) Condition: Overall very good antique condition, accept a tiny bubble crack on the bottom edge as shown on pictures. No other chips or cracks, scratches or repairs. Very good condition of the brass with slight age patina. Opening/closing mechanism is tight and in perfect condition.
