This 9” by 11”, 20 page magazine is filled with humor, political satire and some amazing ads. One of the illustrations (2 page center) is saying that the monster waves "Pensions" will sink the U.S. Treasury boat. There is wear to the edges. This was once bound. The metal “eyes” that they bound it with have oxidized. There is some minor “foxing”. But, for a magazine that is over 120 years old it is in really nice condition.
