Because of damage poster will be shipped folded (as photographed on the last photo) and also rolled in a hard paper tube. Historical context: in 1948 the museum of Kromeriz region took part in the celebrations of the centenary of the Reichstag in Kromeriz, called "100 years of Czech national life" with an exhibition on the history of Kromeriz from prehistoric times to the present day and a collection of natural objects. The director of the celebrations with a series of exhibitions was Jindrich Spacil (Wiki). Karel Minar (January 11, 1901 Kromeriz – November 5, 1973 Prague) was a Czech painter, graphic artist, illustrator, sculptor and professor at the Academy of Arts in Prague. He painted portraits, landscapes, nudes, often depicted horses and folk and urban subjects. His mosaics were also popular and successful. He also devoted himself to graphics, sculpture and wood engraving, as well as poster and wall art. Karel Minar drew his inspiration from life in Moravian Slovakia and Subcarpathian Rus. His mosaic depicting the rest of the Red Army can still be found in front of the municipality building in Poprad, Slovakia.
