Special order will take longer. Brand new Hand Wound Set of Stratocaster pickups. This set is Alnico 5 magnets with a Vintage wind, this set gives you overall warmth and sparkling highs with just the right amount of mids with all the chime and quack you expect and love. If you're looking for the original fender vibe and tone this set provides it in spades. This set is wound just a tad warmer in tone than the typical A5 sets you hear everywhere else. Still retaining all the chime bloom and sparkle without the shrill treble. Alnico 5 Magnets and Heavy Enamel wire. The heavy Enamel wire has the exact same insulation measurement that formvar has and it lends the same overall warmth as heavy formvar. Hand assembled, lacquer dipped for durability and no wire shorting to the poles and Lightly wax potted for a lifetime of trouble free use. This set works very well with Drive pedals, a very harmonically rich set. I don’t have fancy packaging so I can sell them for less. Packaging doesn’t make them sound good anyway. Get them while they’re at this price. I’ll be going up soon due to increased costs to me for materials. 20+ years of winding experience goes into every pickup for the best tone you can get.
