We cannot guarantee battery life since these are used batteries, but will work with you if you are unsatisfied with the unit you have received. However, prior to listing all of our batteries go through multiple levels of testing including a test verification on our G3 test system and a final test with an Inogen BA-303 external battery charger and all ship with a full charge and are ready to be used upon arrival. If any batteries fails a test we do not list it. We do accept refunds and or exchanges and have excellent customer service. Don't be fooled by other sellers who don't test or only "Charge" the batteries, there is a huge difference between charged and POC Tested!
