Description: PAIR Wheeling Decorating Black & Gold Glass VASES Blanks by W.V. Specialty Co. This pair of showy black and gold Vases is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks, no nicks or dings. Has extremely minor wear, but no scratches or flaws. The glass blanks themselves are a product of West Virginia Glass Specialty Co., and were designated #93 by that company. The gold decorating was done by Wheeling Decorating Co., in their "Bird and Roses" pattern. The Vases measure approx. 4-4/8" tall and 5-3/4" across.
