Please look closely at the pictures for physical condition. The cartridge in the pictures is the cartridge you're getting! Manual included! Please note for some reason (not sure if it's cartridge or my nes needs cleaning) the title screen appears a little glitchy but the game itself still works perfectly. I'd say give this game a really good cleaning and give your NES a good cleaning and it should be good, but as I said it's just the title screen. Gameplay and all menus are totally fine.
