Description: Pampered Chef 2430 Apple Peeler Corer Slicer with wooden stand 2435. This is sure a workhorse around our house when apple season come. Whether you want peeled, cored apples, or sliced apples......quick and easy. About 8" tall (on stand), 13" long with handle completely inserted, 6" wide. Condition: Good....some of the hardware/screw heads are a bit rusted, but doesn't affect the operation. Has feet. Works well. No instructions (except below), no boxes. Please see pictures. Will be mailed unmounted on the wooden base. Unfortunately, I don't have instructions for this......lots of U tube videos showing how it works, tips and tricks.But basically:First fit the peeler on the base and hand tighten it, then use the swing bar to really tighten it.You can core, peel and slice in one pass....turning the handle: Place your hand over the bottom rail of the peeler next to the stand. Grasp it firmly as you crank the handle. Starting at the right.....the lever in the picture loosens the turn bar so you can move it back (not turning the handle) to the start position which means the handle is retracted. Put the apple on the 3 prongs securely. Turn the handle, rather quickly and, as it is set up, it will peel, slice and core the apple. If you don't want to peel the apple......look to the left and note the bar with the wing nut on top. With the bar close to rod holding the apple, it will peel, by moving it out....it won't. Pull it toward you and then position the little bar on the bottom to keep it out of the way. The wing nut can be loosened/tightened controlling how thick the peel will be.If you swing the item around you'll see a blade with a metal circle at the end that fits over the turning bar. That's what slices the apple. It can be moved out of the way by loosening the screw head, moving it away to get an unsliced apple.
