I played a VHS Star Wars movie through the VHS player and I was listening to the audio as it played but the message about the VHS heads need cleaning remained the whole time. I did have a video head cleaner cassette tape from many years ago and ran it through but it did not fix the video issue. Note that any horizontal lines in the photos on the screen or dark spots are not visible when viewing it in person. These appear only through the lens of a camera.
