Titled Self-Portrait with label on front and $100 exhibition price tag. From AskArt, "The artist completed training at Chunghua College of Art in Beijing and the Nippon University in Tokyo. In 1954, the National Association of Women Artists sponsored the artist's first New York one-man show, at the Argent Gallery. His works, done in oil on paper, had been exhibited previously in Mainland China, Taiwan, and Japan. In the early 1960s, Pang gave up oil painting and returned to watercolor. In 1966, Pang Tseng Ying emigrated to USA. While in the US, the artist participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions, including in the annual exhibitions of the American Watercolor Society and Allied Artists of America, Brooklyn Museum, New Jersey State Museum in Trenton, Berkshire Museum in Massachusetts, Hudson River Museum in Yonkers, New York, etc."
