They have a nice matte finish with modest wear. It is offered with a worn original and appropriate Aerometric filler presentation box. The retaining loops are stretched and the lid and bottom don’t align well. Two ink blots as well. This is a very durable collectible to be enjoyed as a dependable writer. The pen has a Fine nib. There a no date code on the pen. There is a 1950 date code on the pencil. There is some light surface wear commensurate with age. Former owner’s name on each barrel. “Press 4 times” on filler’s instructions. The pen is filling well when water tested.
