Mesh, CAPITAL manufacturer tag, assumed to be MADE IN USA White with black screen print front PATIENT EQUIPMENT REBUILD, INCATWOOD, ILLINOIS Has that old puff foam insulation in great condition, especially for it's age.I do not know the age, but estimated 1970s, could be 80s Condition is never worn, and It has been stored for many years in a non smoking estate of a collector's home. Any discoloration you see on this hat is not from use, it is from age, storage, and dried glue. Vintage. I ship all hats boxed. Hats are provided to you just as I received them. I have obtained a collection of over 1000 trucker/farmer cap/hats from an estate of a elderly farmer. He obtained most of the hats in the 1980s, but there are some that are older and some that are newer. They have not been worn (unless I call it). Some have their original cardboard inside protectors, some do not. They have been stored sealed for all of these years. Some are very rare, some are common.
