Strict visual grade of record as play grade is EXC or better (tested by me). Cover looks clean but has prior owner address label on front and 2 inches of wear on bottom of spine. Probably my favorite album of his. GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR. I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
