These rules are made in the USA by Products Engineering Company (PEC Tools), a premier US tool manufacturer. They are made from the finest steel available and are hardened and tempered. They have a satin chrome "zero glare" finish (reduces glare and prevents rust) and are precision photo etched and then black filled for easy readability. The 16R graduations show 1/50ths and 1/100ths on one side and quick reading 32nds and 64ths on the reverse. Rules are 1.00" wide and .042” thick. Both long edges are ground flat and straight. Pictures show both sides of a rule, but only one is up for sale at a time.
