Permobil’s battery charger is an off-board charger designed to efficiently charge the batteries used in Permobil’s power wheelchairs. The advanced fan-free design means that charging is quiet. The charging process is automatically adapted to the current condition of the battery, which optimizes the service life of the batteries and ensures that the charging time is as short as possible. When the battery is fully charged the charger will enter maintenance mode. The battery cannot be overcharged. Operation When you connect the charger to the wall socket, it will do twotests: a test of the seven LEDS in a sequence, and an internal test thatis finished when the orange on/off LED comes on. The batterycharger indicator tells you the current charging status when youcharge the batteries. When the batteries are fully charged, thecharger switches to maintenance mode.1.
