It powers up using the OEM power adapter and the blue light illuminates on the front of the unit. No further testing done. This listing also includes one collar in good condition, sixteen unused white perimeter flags, and the mounting bracket. I found the unit as-is and I am including the six sealed batteries that came with it. However, I cannot guarantee that the batteries are still good. It does appear that this type of battery is still available to purchase new, YMMV. Please see the photos for a close-up look at everything!
